Mission Statement

The International Institute for Transformation believes that human beings are called to become conscious creators who work with the spiritual laws that govern our world.  Global and organizational transformation happens through the transformation of individuals.  We are committed to support individuals to achieve self-mastery in their life, work, and world, and to create ongoing communities for transformation.

Our Founder

Tanis Helliwell M.Ed. assists individuals and organizations to develop their spiritual intelligence in life and at work. She consults and gives keynotes based on her best-selling book, Take Your Soul to Work. She is also the author of Summer with the Leprechauns : A True Story, and Decoding Destiny : Keys to Mankind's Spiritual Evolution.  Her new collection of poems is called Embraced by Love.

Tanis is a skilled workshop leader and a faculty member at The Banff Centre. Her clients include IBM, Royal Bank, Alberta Medical Association, World Future Society (Washington, D.C.), David Suzuki Foundation, University of Calgary, McKinsey and Company and the CBC.

Prior to this, Tanis had a private counselling practice specializing in spiritual transformation. Tanis has been leading tours and walking pilgrimages to sacred sites of the world since 1985.  These include France, Great Britain, Ireland, Egypt, Peru, New Zealand, Japan, Spain, India, Greece and Kenya.

Facilitators

Although Tanis Helliwell is our primary workshop leader, we have 42 study group facilitators throughout North America, Europe and the UK.

Our partners include the University of Calgary and Hawkwood College in England that offer programs to assist people with their spiritual transformation.
