Normally our courses download without any errors, but if you should have trouble with your download, these tips may help you.
Downloading takes time. Depending on your computer, your connection and your browser, it could take an hour or more for your materials to download. Set it to download, relax and have a cup of tea until it is all on your computer ready to open.
You will receive a ZIP file. Start by unpacking the ZIP file you downloaded. Most versions of Windows, Mac OS and Linux have a built in way to do this.
When you unpack the ZIP, all your course materials will be in a folder that contains 4 mp3 audio files, and 2 text files in PDF formats.
If you can’t find or open the files, please ask someone who knows more about computers to help you with this. All computers should be able to unzip the file and view the contents afterwards.
We have tested from here and everything works correctly.
The iPad needs an app to see and unpack ZIP files. Try the free Zip File Viewer if you are using the iPad or iPhone 5.
You have 5 attempts to download the files. If these tries are all used, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will allow you to try again.
